c90skkChristopher Ward Watches are inspired by events, celebrities and world famous known contributors to a variety of fields. Science, technology, sports, aviation, diving, oceanography etc. are some of the fields where CW have embodied the respective achievements in the form of prestigious high quality watches. And, of course, the C90 Beckett power reserve is no exception to this. The C90 is inspired by the event when Silverstone extended to further hold the Formula 1 Grand Prix for 17 more years.  The company calls the watch as ” the finest design” to have ever emerged from their studios. The Black leather strap and the black inside dial is a great combination of a perfect style and design. The date at the 3’o clock position, the power reserve indicators and a unique blend of moder and retro design speak of the  desginer’s deep aesthetic sense, flair for style, and an appreciation of the please to be derived from wearing this wonderfully crafted timepiece.
In the words of Christopher Ward ( the manufacturers):

“The design has a subtle retro feel (more Stirling Moss than Lewis Hamilton) and features a superbly crafted multi-layered precision dial incorporating the 45 hour power reserve meter which is the outward expression of the complex Valgranges ETA A07.161 Automatic movement. The power reserve movement has been specially customised by ETA for the C90”

The Swiss made C90 Beckett power reserve features 24 jewel Valgranges automatic movement with a 45 hour Power Reserve Meter (PRM).  The case is 5 atm water resistance. The see through back plate is one of the favourite designs of its highly satisfied customers. Each watch weighs around 109g and comes with individually engraved serial number.
